Automotive Detail Specialist

ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an experienced Detail Specialist to join the LUXE Automotive Detail team to successfully perform a variety of detailing services on vehicles, ensuring that they are thoroughly cleaned and looking their best. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for cars.
The Detail Specialist should have technical proficiency, computer skills and attention to detail, and the ability to read, write and interpret routine reports and correspondence.
They will assist in training and improving the overall career growth and advancement posture tailored to individual performance, experience, and interests of their team members.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure quality control standards are met or exceeded in all aspects of detailing, including cleaning, polishing, waxing, and applying paint protection films and other protection coatings to vehicles.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as operating car lifts and tire removal and replacement to proper OEM torque settings.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and report any issues to management
immediately. - Maintain inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring that all supplies are in good working order.
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of customer work orders.
- Monitor and maintain excellent customer satisfaction levels, addressing any
complaints or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized detailing department, including ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
- Keep up to date with new detailing techniques and products and implement changes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Other duties or projects as assigned by Management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in auto detailing, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto detailing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in outdoor environments that include all seasons of weather.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Automotive Detail Manager

ABOUT THE JOB
LUXE Auto Detail is looking for a Detail Manager to join the LUXE Automotive Detail team to develop business with customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume. Provides a reasonable department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses.
The Detail Manager should have technical proficiency, computer skills and attention to detail, and the ability to read, write and interpret routine reports and correspondence. They will assist in identifying gaps and improving the overall career growth and advancement posture tailored to individual performance, experience and interests of their team members.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of detailers, including scheduling workloads, monitoring productivity,
and conducting performance evaluations. - Ensure quality control standards are met or exceeded in all aspects of detailing,
including cleaning, polishing, and waxing vehicles. - Maintain inventory levels of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring that all supplies are in good working order.
- Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction levels, addressing any complaints or issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
