Our detail specialist will wash and rinse the paint to remove loose dirt and debris. Using a pH balanced car wash soap that will gently clean while preserving and protecting the paint.
Next, is the heated air dry and the close evaluation of the surface of the paint for roughness to the touch. This will indicate that the surface has bonded contaminants on top of the paint. These are things like tree sap mist, industrial fallout, road tar, and paint overspray. Then a clay-bar will used to safely remove paint bonded surface contaminants and this will leave the paint smooth as glass.
Finally, evaluate the paint for below surface correctable defects. If there are light to moderate swirls, scratches, oxidation, water spots, or etchings a “paint correction” will be necessary before applying a polish and a wax.

Pricing is not final and is subject to vehicle condition. Final quote is provided after vehicle inspection at time of appointment and work will only begin with customer approval of the final quote. Prices may vary for hazardous materials, extensive stains, soiling, or pet hair, excessive paint scratching, hazing or swirling, need for extra coatings, abnormal wear, and other costs beyond any starting price quoted. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your accepted appointment time. Detailer may reschedule due to weather or other circumstances. Prices subject to future change.
- All services are performed by appointment only.
- Estimates for most services can be given through email or over the phone based on the year, make and model of the vehicle.
- Exact quote is given after a physical assessment and depends on size, type and overall condition of the vehicle.
- Paint correction, coatings and PPF services require a non-refundable retainer of 25%.
- Payment Accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. (3% fee for Credit Cards) Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 30% will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.
Service Appointments
Standard pricing applies to our standard service area. Service appointments may be made outside of this range for an additional fee on a case-by-case basis, on approval by LUXE Auto Detail. Most appointments will be scheduled to allow services to be completed within standard business operation hours or by the end of the business day.
Child Seats
Vehicle owner must remove child seats. For liability reasons we cannot remove or install child seats.
Remove Personal Items
Please remove all personal items prior to your appointment. Although we will take the utmost care with anything left inside your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Defects
By signing a Vehicle Inspection form the customer acknowledges the damage/defects identified and marked within as pre-existing and cannot hold the detailer responsible.
Vehicle Inspection Form
By signing the vehicle inspection form (this form will be emailed to you after your vehicle has been received by the detail specialist and a thorough inspection has been completed of the areas needing service. The customer acknowledges the damage/defects identified and marked within as pre-existing and cannot hold the detailer responsible. Once the vehicle inspection form has been signed by the customer approving the final price quote and acknowledging pre-existing defects (according to photos taken at the time of customer drop off) the detailer will begin the service work.
